Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment has been received and reflects in our account. All local, South African deliveries are done through Fastway Couriers which delivers to your door within 1-3 working days. Please supply us with a valid delivery address and contact details on your account.

Shipping Rates (please select the correct option for your order at checkout):

– Standard parcel flat rate: R100.00

– Larger parcel for 3 or more bulky jackets under the subtotal value of R1000.00: R150.00

– Free shipping on all orders over R1000.00 will automatically be calculated at checkout.

– Collection of your order can be arranged in Vereeniging or Vanderbijlpark. This offer is free and can be selected at checkout as “Local Pickup Vaal Triangle”

Refunds

Glitter Alchemy does not offer cash refunds.

All items undergo quality control checks before shipping which ensures all items reaches customers in perfect condition. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us to arrange refund exchanges.

In store exchanges serve as refunds and will gladly be done on unused purchased items. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional costs involved on new exchanged items. Customers are also responsible for return and further/additional freight and tax costs. In store credit excludes initial courier cost.

Exchanges can not be completed if the returned items do not reach Glitter Alchemy safely.

All local, South African returns must be done within 7days after order has been delivered. 

Please note that NO refunds or exchanges to be made on custom orders, glitter, facial jewels, bucket hats and lighters.
